该文通过随机检测34例男性肺癌病人的性激素和T细胞亚群结果,与对照组检测比较,发现肺癌组睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平下降明显,T细胞亚群CD4下降,CD8上升,CD4/CD8比值缩小。经统计学分析均有显著差异,提示该组男性肺癌在细胞免疫功能下降的同时伴性激素水平下降,特别是睾酮(T)下降明显,推测机体细胞免疫功能在男性肺癌中对性激素变化起一定作用,也许通过某些机制使睾丸分泌功能减退,故对于男性肺癌的内分泌治疗提供了依据
This article randomly detected the results of sex hormones and T cell subsets in 34 male lung cancer patients. Compared with the control group, it was found that the levels of testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) decreased significantly in the lung cancer group, and the CD4 subset of T cells decreased. As CD8 rises, the CD4/CD8 ratio decreases. Statistical analysis showed significant differences, suggesting that this group of male lung cancer patients with decreased cell immune function and decreased levels of sex hormones, especially testosterone (T) decreased, presumably cellular immune function in male lung cancer plays a role in sex hormone changes , perhaps through some mechanisms to make testicular secretion function decline, so provide a basis for endocrine therapy for male lung cancer
