为了探讨山杞茶的抗衰老作用,我们进行了山杞茶对果蝇寿命、老化相关酶SOD、GSH-PX、老化代谢产物LPO、LP及耐缺氧、抗疲劳的影响。现将实验结果报告如下: 1 山杞茶对果蝇寿命的影响 1.1 实验材料动物:双翅目Diptena果蝇属Drosophi-la黑腹果蝇成虫残翅型200只,雌雄各半、随机分成二组。器材:下口瓶200ml,隔水式恒温培养箱(上海跃进医疗器械二厂产)。药物:山杞茶浸液5袋/100ml煮沸,浸液呈透明棕红色。
