为了能使秦王川及其周边地区宜开发的土地得到合理开发,满足兰州市再发展的需要,考虑秦王川周边的水资源状况,对引大入秦工程实施节水建设是十分必要的。节水工程措施可以从以下3方面入手:提高渠系防渗建设标准、改变灌溉方式、开采补渗水。经分析计算,采取节水工程措施后,每年可节水12288万m3,节余的水量除可新发展227万hm2灌区外,并富余2159万m3水量可供城市发展之用。分析结果表明,采取节水措施扩大灌溉面积并提供城市发展用水经济上是可行的。
In order to rationally develop the land that should be developed in Qinwangchuan and its surrounding areas to meet the needs of the redevelopment of Lanzhou City, it is necessary to consider the situation of water resources around Qinwangchuan and implement the water conservation construction of the Qinhuang River Project. The water saving engineering measures can be started from the following three aspects: improving the canal seepage prevention construction standards, changing the irrigation methods, and exploiting seepage water. After analysis and calculation, after adopting water saving engineering measures, the annual water saving can be 12.288 million m3, and the remaining water volume can be used for the development of the city, in addition to the newly developed 22.7 million hm2 irrigation area, and a surplus of 21.59 million m3 of water. The analysis shows that it is economically feasible to adopt water-saving measures to expand the irrigated area and provide water for urban development.
