我是一名农村初中数学教师。对于如何使学困生能对数学感兴趣,提高课堂效率,使孩子学会数学,学好数学,多年的实践中,我探索尝试了一些方法。一、引导学困生走上学习路,是提高课堂效率的重要环节数学学困生表现为:一是对数学缺乏兴趣,认为数学抽象,枯燥乏味,产生反感,甚至认为学习数学是苦恼的事。二是基础差,知识跟不上,越落越多,上课听不懂,失去了学习的乐趣,学习成为负担,久而久之,恶性循环,就成为了学习最差生
