分析了3#炉由于煤质差溢流渣量大造成灰沟不畅影响锅炉负荷和热力效率低的问题,提出了采用冷渣器排放溢流渣并回收热量的具体改造方案,改造后运行结果表明,杜绝了由于灰沟堵塞而影响锅炉负荷,节水节煤提高了发电量和热力系统效率。
