作者观察了30例高血压患者舌下含服小剂量巯甲丙脯酸12.5mg后6小时内的降压疗效,并用安慰剂作了对照。结果表明,收缩压、舒张压、动脉平均压均有非常显著下降(P<0.01)。出现作用时间在含药后15分钟,持续作用可达6小时,作用高峰时间在1.5小时。心率明显减慢(P<0.05),无任何副作用。对糖尿病、支气管哮喘、外周血管病变、老年人均可适用,尤其是伴有心功能不全者。
The authors looked at the antihypertensive effect within 6 hours after sublingual administration of 12.5 mg of low-dose captopril in 30 hypertensive patients and were compared with placebo. The results showed that systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure were significantly decreased (P <0.01). The role of time in 15 minutes after the drug, sustained effect of up to 6 hours, the role of peak time in 1.5 hours. Heart rate was significantly slower (P <0.05) without any side effects. Diabetes, bronchial asthma, peripheral vascular disease, the elderly are applicable, especially with cardiac insufficiency.
