应变硬化指数n和塑性应变比r是评定深冲用冷轧低碳薄钢板成形性能的重要材料参数。为了准确、方便、迅速地测定薄板的n值和r值,本文对目前实验室使用的n值(两点法)和r值计算公式进行了简化,并分析讨论了实验误差来源及其计算问题。
The strain hardening index n and the plastic strain ratio r are important material parameters for evaluating the formability of cold rolled low carbon steel sheet for deep drawing. In order to accurately, conveniently and quickly determine the n and r values of thin plates, this paper simplifies the current n-value (two-point method) and r-value formulas used in laboratories and analyzes and discusses the sources of experimental errors and their computational problems .
