2014年7月15日《北京晚报》讯为促进中小学学生赴境外研学旅行活动健康发展,维护师生合法权益,教育部发布了《中小学学生赴境外研学旅行活动指南(试行)》。《指南》规定,举办和实施境外研学旅行要遵循安全、文明、实效的原则,符合中小学学生的特点与需求,保障学生的身心健康。举办境外研学旅行要与中小学的教育教学计划统筹安排,有明确的教育目的
July 15, 2014 Beijing Evening News In order to promote the healthy development of primary and secondary students’ study trips to other countries and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students, the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for Primary and Secondary Students to Study in Other Countries for Tourism (for Trial Implementation). The Guide stipulates that organizing and implementing overseas research trips should follow the principles of safety, civilization and effectiveness in line with the characteristics and needs of primary and secondary school students and ensure their physical and mental health. Conducting overseas research trips should be coordinated with primary and secondary education and teaching plans with a clear educational purpose
