在载气、固定液、检测器相同的条件下 ,利用直径 0 5 3mm内涂 0 7μm膜厚的阿皮松 (Apiezon)L固定液的大孔径毛细管柱分析有机磷杀虫剂 ,其分析时间 ,可比 2m长 ,含 5 % (质量分数 )固定液的填充柱时间快 1倍以上。使用 0 5 3mm大孔径毛细管柱分析有机磷杀虫剂时 ,可以使某些热稳定性较差的化合物避免发生分解现象 ,如辛硫磷 ,甲基辛硫磷 ,二溴磷 ,敌百虫。内径 0 5 3mm固定液膜厚为 1 0mm以上的 1 0m长大孔径毛细管柱很有希望代替常规使用的长约 2m ,固定液为 3%~ 5 % (质量分数 )不锈钢柱 (3mm外径 )或玻璃填充柱 (2mm内径 )
