目的:探讨小儿反复呼吸道感染与血清中微量元素锌、铁含量的关系。方法:采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪测定患儿血清中微量元素锌、铁与健康儿童作为对照组进行比较。结果:反复呼吸道感染患儿血清中微量元素锌、铁的含量明显低于健康儿童(P<0.05)。结论:小儿反复呼吸道感染与血清中微量元素缺乏密切相关,应及时调整患儿体内微量元素的平衡,提高患儿的抗感染能力。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between recurrent respiratory tract infections in children and serum zinc and iron levels. Methods: Determination of trace elements zinc and iron in children with healthy children by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry as a control group for comparison. Results: Serum levels of trace elements zinc and iron in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were significantly lower than those in healthy children (P <0.05). Conclusion: Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is closely related to the lack of trace elements in children. The balance of trace elements in children should be adjusted in time to improve the anti-infective ability of children.
