牙龈自发性出血是高原红细胞增多症(简称“高红症”)症状之一,用常规消炎和补充足量的维生素等药物治疗其效果不佳为寻找有效的治疗方法,我们于1989.4～1991.9月底采用我院高压氧舱(简称高压氧),治疗“高红症”牙龈自发性出血37例,与同期收治的21例常规疗法的同类患者对照,结果发现高压氧治疗龈自发性出血疗效显著且复发率低,现报告如下:
