结果两组研究对象SOD[(69.20±19.39)、(141.31±22.82)μU/L]、MPO[(26.01±4.82)、(6.90±3.85)U/g]、NO[(168.49±20.40)、(51.98±13.52)μmol/L]、MDA[(9.11±1.36)、(3.24±0.71)μmol/L]、LOP[(41.24±12.08)、(8.14±4.35)mmol/L]水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同严重程度UC患者的SOD[(83.09±24.52)、(68.17±22.91)、(50.31±21.01)μU/L]、MPO[(10.38±4.15)、(23.69±4.76)、(38.91±5.81)U/g]、NO[(99.16±20.53)、(141.85±24.17)、(197.94±18.63)μmol/L]、MDA[(6.14±2.11)、(9.06±2.95)、(14.87±1.96)μmol/L]、LOP[(27.97±13.85)、(38.36±15.73)、(59.65±11.53)mmol/L]水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论氧化/抗氧化失衡与小儿溃疡性结肠炎严重程度具有显著相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between oxidative / antioxidant imbalance and ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods Sixty-nine children with UC in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the UC group. Thirty healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) , Myeloperoxidase (MPO), nitric oxide (NO), malonaldehyde (MDA), lipid peroxide (LOP) were measured. Measurement data were compared using t-test and analysis of variance, pairwise comparison using LSD method; count data were compared using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Compared with the control group, SOD (69.20 ± 19.39), (141.31 ± 22.82) μU / L], MPO [(26.01 ± 4.82), (6.90 ± 3.85) U / g], NO [(168.49 ± 20.40) 51.98 ± 13.52 μmol / L], MDA [(9.11 ± 1.36), (3.24 ± 0.71) μmol / L], LOP [(41.24 ± 12.08), (8.14 ± 4.35) mmol / L] Statistical significance (all P <0.05). The serum levels of SOD in patients with different severity of UC [(83.09 ± 24.52), (68.17 ± 22.91), (50.31 ± 21.01) μU / L] and MPO [(10.38 ± 4.15), (23.69 ± 4.76), (38.91 ± 5.81) /g],NO[(99.16 ± 20.53), (141.85 ± 24.17), (197.94 ± 18.63) μmol / L], MDA [(6.14 ± 2.11), (9.06 ± 2.95), (14.87 ± 196) μmol / L ], LOP [(27.97 ± 13.85), (38.36 ± 15.73) and (59.65 ± 11.53) mmol / L], respectively. All the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion The imbalance of oxidation / antioxidation has a significant correlation with the severity of ulcerative colitis in children.
