楊海濱,筆名無垠,回族人,生於1950年,早年畢業於沈陽教育學院美術系,現為遼寧省美協會員,沈陽市沈河區政協委員,國家二級美術師,沈陽書畫院專業畫家。 楊海濱擅長花鳥晝,作品入選國家級大型畫展,并獲得獎勵:1994年作品《西風醉秋林》獲中華書畫大展一等獎,1995年作品《花王圖》獲全國首届牡丹競選國花畫展優秀作品獎,1995年《先烈回眸應笑慰》獲抗日戰争勝利50周年全國中國畫大展銅牌獎。2000年《思華
