河南省住房和城乡建设厅、河南省工业和信息化委近日联合印发了《河南省绿色建材评价标识管理办法》。据了解,绿色建材标识包括证书和标志,具有可追溯性。评价标识划分为三个等级,由低至高分为一星、二星、三星级。标识有效期为3年,有效期届满3个月前可申请延期复评。绿色建材评价的范围包括:砌体材料,保温材料,预拌混凝土、预拌砂浆,建筑节能玻璃,节能门窗,卫生陶瓷,陶瓷砖,建筑部品部件,建筑结构用钢及相关构件等。
