目的研究金丝桃素在大鼠体内的组织分布。方法健康SD大鼠,单剂量尾静脉注射金丝桃素50mg·kg-1,并于给药后20,45,90min后采集大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、小肠,利用HPLC测定各组织中金丝桃素的浓度。结果大鼠尾静脉注射金丝桃素50mg·kg-1后,在肾脏中浓度较高,心脏中浓度较低。结论研究金丝桃素的组织分布特征可为该药的进一步研究开发和临床应用提供重要的参考依据。
Objective To study the tissue distribution of hypericin in rats. Methods Healthy SD rats were injected with a single dose of hypericin (50 mg · kg-1) via the caudal vein and the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach and small intestine were collected at 20, 45 and 90 minutes after administration The concentration of hypericin in each tissue was determined by HPLC. Results After the tail vein injection of hypericin 50mg · kg-1, the concentration in the kidney was higher and the concentration in the heart was lower. Conclusion The study of tissue distribution characteristics of hypericin could provide important reference for the further research, development and clinical application of this drug.
