在推行全面质量管理前基础上,如何在有效控制成本的前提下,科学化、规范化、程序化地实现企业的质量目标,从而使企业取得经济和社会效益的双赢,已经成为制药企业急需解决的问题。质量经济管理方法正是解决这一问题的有力手段。
On the premise of implementing total quality management, how to realize the quality goal of the enterprise scientifically, standardization and procedure under the precondition of controlling the cost effectively so that the enterprises can achieve the win-win economic and social benefits has become the urgent need of the pharmaceutical enterprises problem. The method of quality and economic management is a powerful solution to this problem.
