由于在施工中强化了全面质量管理(TQC)工作,使水钢2号高炉(1200m~3)中修工程全面实现“保安全、质量好、工期短、不漏项”的目标,取得显著成绩。在施工中,除了建立工程质量保证体系、应用PDCA循环等方法外,还首先应用TQC新七种工具中的KJ法将施工全过程的众多工作绘制成A型图解,明确各部门责任和质量要求;绘制“大钟密合间隙不好”关联图,找出因果间的逻辑关系并采取对策措施保证了工程质量。TQC新七种工具有用图形、语言分析思想的特点,适用于大中型基建和检修工程,与其它工具联合使用能有效控制工序质量和工作质量。
