目的报告3例由于生产过程中吸收大量铅烟及铅尘而发生慢性重度铅中毒合并中毒性脑病的发病情况、临床表现及治疗转归。方法选择我院近年来收治的3例重度铅中毒的病人临床资料进行总结分析。结果3例患者接触大量铅烟铅尘1.0～1.5年发病,分别由慢性中度铅中毒发展为慢性重度铅中毒合并中毒性脑病。结论职业性慢性铅中毒性脑病是中枢神经系统严重器质性病变,其病程长、病情重、疗效欠满意、预后较差。临床上应引起高度重视,在碰到类似情况时应尽快明确诊断,及时治疗,确保患者能全面康复。
Objective To report the incidence, clinical manifestation and treatment outcome of 3 cases of chronic severe lead poisoning complicated with toxic encephalopathy caused by absorbing a large amount of lead smoke and lead dust in the production process. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of severe lead poisoning admitted to our hospital in recent years were analyzed. Results A total of 3 patients were exposed to a large amount of lead and lead dusts from 1.0 to 1.5 years. They developed from chronic moderate lead poisoning to chronic severe lead poisoning with toxic encephalopathy. Conclusion Occupational chronic lead poisoning encephalopathy is a serious organic disease of the central nervous system. Its long course, serious illness, unsatisfactory curative effect and poor prognosis. Clinic should pay close attention to, in the event of a similar situation should be as soon as possible a clear diagnosis, timely treatment to ensure that patients can fully recover.
