本文对加铈的ZQSn7-0.2锡青铜机械性能和组织进行了研究。并与不加铈的锡青铜作了对比。指出添加铈能减少锡青铜的偏析和细化晶粒。发现铈在锡青铜中形成尺寸为1微米以下的铈磷化合物。它既存在于晶粒内部,也存在于晶界。同时还指出在化合物周围有大量位错和小块孪晶。这种化合物及其周围的高密度位错是使合金强化的重要原因。
In this paper, the mechanical properties and microstructure of cerium-doped ZQSn7-0.2 tin bronze were studied. And compared with tin bronze without cerium. It is pointed out that adding cerium can reduce segregation and grain refinement of tin bronze. Cerium was found to form cerium phosphorus compounds in tin bronze with sizes below 1 micron. It exists both inside the grain, but also in the grain boundary. It is also pointed out that there are a large number of dislocations and small twins around the compound. This compound and its surrounding high-density dislocations is an important reason for strengthening the alloy.
