超大型液压挖掘机的监控系统已开始用于售后服务的定期访问工作中，该系统能将现场在线监控器的报警记录、操作信息、机构信息等贮存起来。利用袖珍计算机可以当场检查数据，并可通过数据库技术，把数据变成图表形式，判断设备运转的趋势，为制定维修计划提供依据。
