湖南省人民委員會命令 (55)會财糧字第○七五八號玆制訂‘湖南省徵購糧食安全入庫暫行辦法’一種,隨令颁發,希各級人民委員會及各有關部門密切聯系,遵照執行。省長程潛一九五五年八月十三日第一章總則第一條為简化征收及統購糧食入庫手續,縮短入庫時間,特規定征购結合,同時入庫。在結算時,应先公糧,後統購糧。第二條為使征購糧食,既便於國家的接收、保管、加工、調運和供銷;又便於羣眾交糧和鼓勵运粮人员的積極性,提高運輸效率與節約民力,並防止人畜傷亡事故,作到有計劃的安全入庫,除法令另有規定者外,悉依本辦法辦理。
