班集体是按照班级授课制的培养目标和教育规范组织起来的,以共同学习活动和直接的人际交往为特征的社会心理共同体。建立良好的班集体是班主任工作的首要任务,也是每一个班主任面临的一个难题。怎样才能建立一个良好的班集体呢?应该做到以下几方面:一、有明确、积极、健康的班级奋斗目标作为一个班集体,首要的任务是确立班级奋斗目标。有了目标就有了奋斗的方向。如果一个班级没有目标,学生就没有奋斗方向,会缺少对集体的热情,共同前进时所需的动力也会缺少,
