目的:研究旁路通过术对根尖孔表面形态变化的影响。方法:制作完成36例M2镍钛器械分离根管作为实验组,15#器械分离组16例,25#器械分离组13例,行旁路通过术根管预备;对照组15例无器械分离根管直接行根管预备。扫描电镜和解剖显微镜观察并分析三组根尖孔表面形貌。结果:电镜下部分根尖孔出现牙骨质缺损以及根尖孔表面裂纹。25#器械分离组的根尖孔破坏最为严重,破坏率达到69.2%,显著高于15#器械分离组及对照组。结论:旁路通过术显著增加根管预备后根尖孔的破坏。
Objective: To study the effect of bypass surgery on the morphological changes of apical foramen. Methods: Totally 36 cases of M2 nickel-titanium instruments were divided into experimental group, 16 cases of 15 # instrument separation group and 13 cases of 25 # instrument separation group. The control group received 15 cases without root canal separation Tube direct root canal preparation. Scanning electron microscope and dissecting microscope were used to observe and analyze the surface morphology of three apical foramen. Results: Some defects of the apical foramen were observed under the electron microscope and the surface cracks of apical foramen were observed. In the 25 # instrument group, the apical foramen was most severely damaged, with the failure rate of 69.2%, significantly higher than that of the 15 # instrument group and the control group. Conclusion: Bypassing significantly increases the destruction of apical foramen after root canal preparation.
