运用矢量有限元方法对填充左右手材料的多种矩形屏蔽微带线的主模截止波长进行了比较研究,其中包括矩形单金属对称和不对称屏蔽微带线,两金属对称、两金属位置不对称、两金属宽度不对称及两金属高度不对称屏蔽微带线等情况。讨论了这些屏蔽微带线的主模截止波长随填充材料以及模型尺寸的变化而引起的改变,其数值计算结果将有助于矩形屏蔽微带线和左手材料在新型微波器件中的设计。
The cutoff wavelength of the main mode of a variety of rectangular shielding microstrip lines filled with left and right hand materials was compared using vector finite element method, including the rectangular single metal symmetry and asymmetric shielding microstrip lines, the two metal symmetry, the two metal position asymmetry , Two metal width asymmetry and asymmetric shielding of two metal height microstrip line and so on. The changes of the dominant mode cutoff wavelength of the shielded microstrip lines with the filler material and the size of the model are discussed. The numerical results will help the design of the rectangular shield microstrip line and the left-handed material in the novel microwave device.
