设计了爆炸丝偏心安置实现圆管内表面电爆炸喷涂方案。通过对涂层厚度与喷涂距离之间关系的理论推导和试验研究,建立了电爆炸丝偏心安置工艺参数的计算方法。进行了圆管内表面偏心电爆炸喷涂试验,在φ57mm×120mm钢管内表面制备钼涂层。结果表明:利用偏心爆炸喷涂方法得到的涂层,在钢管轴向和周向都有较好的均匀性,电热爆炸喷涂对基体组织的影响很小。
The design of explosion wire eccentric placement to achieve the inner tube surface electric explosion spraying program. Through the theoretical derivation and experimental research on the relationship between the coating thickness and spraying distance, the calculation method of the eccentric placement process parameters of electric explosion wire was established. An eccentric electric explosion test was carried out on the inner surface of the pipe, and a molybdenum coating was prepared on the inner surface of the φ57 mm × 120 mm steel pipe. The results show that the coating obtained by the method of eccentric explosion spraying has good uniformity in the axial and circumferential directions of the steel pipe, and the influence of electrothermal explosion spraying on the microstructure is very small.
