                                作为企业社会责任的发起者与倡导者,跨国公司进入我国后却出现一系列社会责任履责问题。文章从重庆沃尔玛绿色猪肉事件切入,分析跨国公司对消费者社会责任缺失的法律、社会以及自身原因,提出通过创造强化跨国公司社会责任的法治环境,推动跨国公司社会责任内省机制的建立,加强消费者维权意识及社会舆论监督,以保护我国消费者的切实利益。
As the initiators and advocators of corporate social responsibility, multinational corporations have emerged a series of problems of social responsibility implementation after their entry into our country. This article analyzes the law, society and its own reasons of multinationals’ lack of social responsibility to consumers from Chongqing Wal-Mart Green Pork Incident. It proposes to strengthen the establishment of a transnational corporation social responsibility internal mechanism by creating a legal environment that strengthens the social responsibility of multinational corporations Consumer rights awareness and supervision by the public opinion in order to protect the practical interests of our consumers.
