针对煤矿岩巷掘进自动化作业的要求,结合其特点,提出了利用单轨吊作为机械手的运行轨道,使其运行于巷道顶部,避免了与地面设备的冲突,实现巷道掘进喷浆的机械化作业。对总体方案及设计中的关键问题进行了分析。同时,研制了适用于小型地下巷道的新型混凝土湿喷机,改变传统的干喷方式,初步试验取得了良好的效果。
According to the requirements of coal mine rock roadway automation, combined with its characteristics, the use of single rail crane as the orbit of the robot to run at the top of the roadway to avoid the conflict with the ground equipment to achieve roadway shotcrete mechanization operations. The overall program and design of the key issues were analyzed. At the same time, a new type of concrete wet spraying machine which is suitable for small underground tunnel has been developed, and the traditional dry spraying method has been changed. The preliminary experiment has achieved good results.
