为了探讨早期胚胎发育终止的绒毛滋养层细胞凋亡机制,为早期胚胎发育终止提供思路并为诊断治疗提供理论依据,测定了早孕胚胎发育终止绒毛滋养层细胞bcl 2和caspase 3表达的变化。经B超证实胚胎发育终止而行清宫术者的绒毛组织4 8例为实验组;人工流产的绒毛组织5 6例为对照组。?
In order to investigate the mechanism of apoptosis of trophoblast cells in the early stage of embryonic development and to provide ideas for the termination of early embryonic development and to provide a theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment, the expression of bcl - 2 and caspase 3 in trophoblast cells at the end of embryonic development of early pregnancy was measured. Forty-eight cases of villi in patients who underwent ectopic pregnancy after termination of embryonic development were confirmed as experimental group. Fifty-six cases of induced abortion villus tissues were used as control group. ?
