山西省经济法研究会和山西省人民政府法制局于1994年12月14日至15日在省城太原共同筹备召开了“社会主义市场经济法制理论研讨会”,来自全省各地专家、学者及法律实际工作者80余人参加了会议。这次会议受到山西省委、省政府、省人大的高度重视,副省长刘泽民到会祝贺并参加研讨。现将本次研讨会内容综述如下:
Shanxi Economic Law Research Association and Shanxi Provincial People’s Government Legal Bureau jointly organized and held the “Symposium on Socialist Market Economy Legal System Theory” from December 14 to December 15, 1994 in Taiyuan, a provincial capital city. Experts, scholars and scholars from all over the province More than 80 legal practitioners attended the conference. The meeting was highly valued by the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee, the provincial government and the provincial people’s congress. Vice Governor Liu Zemin attended the meeting to congratulate and participate in the seminar. Now the seminar contents are summarized as follows:
