毛泽东的干部教育思想来源于马克思主义的教育思想和中国革命的干部教育实践,其中马克思主义干部教育思想是其理论基石,它充分体现了马克思主义理论与中国具体实践相结合的特点。毛泽东的干部教育思想是通过对干部教育的实践探索和理论创新,逐渐总结形成的一套关于干部教育的内容、原则、方法等方面内容的理论,其具有自身的基本理论框架,是中国共产党干部教育思想的重要组成部分。
