目的回顾总结2010年利用PDCA环原理进行血源性感染防护(血源防护)教育培训经验。方法遵循P(plan,计划)、D(do,实施)、C(check,检查)、A(action,总结)的标准化、科学化的循环体系进行调查,结合实际情况,制定切实可行、内容丰富的培训计划;关注重点科室、重点环节、重点流程及危险因素;精心组织,多形式开展培训;科学反馈,及时总结。结果培训强化了职工标准预防观念、个人防护意识,改变了职业防护态度和行为,增加了职工职业暴露报告的依从性和暴露后正确预防措施的贯彻。结论应用PDCA环原理进行培训,可促使人人参与、突出重点和明确责任,利于团队成员相互配合,达到培训效果;同时利于制定培训标准,形成培训制度。
Objective To review and summarize the 2010 PDCA ring principle of blood-borne infection protection (blood protection) education and training experience. Methods According to the standardized and scientific circulation system of P (plan), D (do, implementation), C (check) and A (action), the investigation was conducted according to the actual situation and the practical and informative Training programs; focus on key sections, key links, key processes and risk factors; carefully organized and multi-form training; scientific feedback, timely summary. Results The training strengthened staff awareness of standard precautions and personal protection, changed occupational protection attitudes and behaviors, increased compliance with occupational exposure reports and implemented proper preventive measures after exposure. Conclusions The application of PDCA ring principle to training can promote everyone’s participation, highlight the key points and clarify the responsibilities, and help the team members cooperate with each other to achieve the training effect. At the same time, it is beneficial to formulate training standards and form a training system.
