国家药品监督管理局以第20号局令发布了《药品经营质量管理规范》(GSP),并于2000年7月起正式施行,随后又相继出台了《药品经营质量管理规范实施细则》等一系列法规。今年3月,全国人大将GSP列入新的《药品管理法》,这意味着国家将依法强制推行药品经营质量管理规范标准。GSP涉及药品经营的数百项细则,最大限度保障了用药的安全。专家预测,这一举措将导致大量零售药店关停并转。零售药品市场将进入真正的洗牌时代。
The State Drug Administration issued Decree No 20 on the “Code of Good Practice for Pharmaceutical Business” (GSP), which came into effect in July 2000, and subsequently issued the “Implementation Rules for Good Manufacturing Practices Series of regulations. In March this year, the National People’s Congress to GSP included in the new ”Drug Administration Law," which means that the state will be mandatory according to the law to implement the standards of quality management of pharmaceutical business standards. The GSP deals with hundreds of details of pharmaceutical operations to maximize the safety of medication. Experts predict that this move will result in a large number of retail pharmacies shut down and turn. Retail pharmaceutical market will enter a real era of shuffling.
