一、前 言 我国当前实行集中供热的指导方针是:“热电联产,以热定电”。在供热区域内,原则上以不增加燃料为前提,将各热用户的燃料集中归热电厂使用,既实现集中供热,同时又相应地发出一定量的电能,达到合理利用和节约能源的目的。所发电能,主要依靠动力锅炉较之一般小型工业和采暖锅炉具有较高热效率所带来的经济效益。 根据上述方针,热电厂供热机组型式,通常都选用效率较高的背压式汽轮发电机组并相应地配置蒸汽锅炉。很少选用适应热
