报告采用Teruo腭粘膜下结缔组织瓣加颊粘膜瓣，即双层联合带蒂组织瓣修补陈旧性口腔－上颌窦瘘5例，术后均一期愈合。随访观察4～13年，效果满意。并对该瘘修补困难的原因及本修补方法的优点进行讨论。
The report used Teruo palatal submucosal connective tissue flap plus buccal mucosal flap, that is, double the combined pedicle flap to repair the old oral-maxillary fistula in 5 cases, all were healed after surgery. Follow-up observation of 4 to 13 years, with satisfactory results. The reasons for this fistula repair difficulties and the advantages of this repair method are discussed.
