胰岛细胞瘤少见,非B细胞瘤更少见。本科自1970年以来共收治各种胰岛细胞瘤29例,其中胰岛素瘤20例,无功能性胰岛细胞瘤7例,胃泌素瘤1例,胰高血糖素1例。现报告如下。临床资料胰岛素瘤20例,其中女12例,男9例,平均年龄41岁(22—62岁)。20例病人均有低血糖(<2．77mmol/L,仅1例为3．8mmol/L),并有劳累或饥饿时出现低血糖休克,部分有自服糖水后症状缓解的病史。从1979年以后,有12 Islet cell tumors are rare and non-B-cell tumors are rarer. In the undergraduate program, 29 cases of islet cell tumors have been treated since 1970, including 20 cases of insulinoma, 7 cases of nonfunctioning islet cell tumors, 1 case of gastrinoma, and 1 case of glucagon.
