目前,我国高职韩语专业学生的培养工作尚处于探索阶段,学生职业能力差和就业率低成为一个普遍现象。加强对韩语专业学生的职业能力培养是职业教育发展的必然方向,也有助于学生终身教育观的形成,更是高职韩语专业毕业生高质量就业的保证。根据韩语专业学生培养工作中的主要问题,提出相应的解决方法,希望能够对提高高职院校韩语专业学生职业能力有一点参考价值,从而增强学生的就业竞争力,实现他们的人生价值。
At present, the training work of Korean higher vocational students is still in the exploratory stage, and the poor vocational skills and low employment rate have become a common phenomenon. It is also the inevitable direction for the development of vocational education to enhance the professional ability of students majoring in Korean. It also contributes to the formation of students’ concept of lifelong education and the guarantee of high quality employment of Korean graduates from vocational colleges. According to the main problems in the cultivation of Korean majors, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions, hoping to have some reference value to improve the professional abilities of Korean majors in higher vocational colleges, so as to enhance students’ employment competitiveness and realize their life value.
