1 Overview The Jia-Liu Expressway is an integral part of Shanghai-Shanghai Jia-Liu Expressway (A12), with a total length of 17.3km. The first phase of the project was opened to traffic in December 1999, the second phase started in May 2000, and the second phase Month built.
