2012年6月27日,住房和城乡建设部发布《全国城镇燃气发展“十二五”规划》(以下简称《规划》)。《规划》内容包括十一五期间全国城镇燃气发展情况;十二五期间全国城镇燃气发展面临形势;全国城镇燃气发展十二五规划依据、指导思想、原则;全国城镇燃气发展十二五规划目标和主要任务。《规划》目标内容包括:(1)城镇燃气供应规模:到十二五期末,城镇燃气供气总量约1782×108m3,较十一五末增加113%;(2)城镇燃气应用规模:城市的燃气普及率达到94%以上,县城及小城镇的燃气普及率
On June 27, 2012, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development promulgated the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for Urban Gas Development in the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”).
