为贯彻落实第三次全国教育工作会议精神,进一步加强中小学教育技术装备工作,根据《关于加强学具管理工作的意见》(教基厅[2000]6号)的部署,在典型调研和广泛征求意见的基础上,我部编制完成了《小学学具配备目录(试行)》(以下简称目录),现印发给你们,请从2001年秋季开始执行。各地在学具鉴定、配备和使用中,要从规范学具管理,切实减轻中小学生过重负担出发,以高度负责的态度贯彻落实《关于加强学具管理工作的意见》,严格执行目录。学具的配备对象主要是城镇和经济发达地区学生。学具的配备要贯彻学校自主,学生自愿的原则。有条件配备学具的地区只许选择配备目录中所列的数学、自然和美术三门学科的学具产品。其他学科的学具产品未经我部核准,不得自行配备。在条件不成熟地区,尤其是中西部贫困地区,原则上不配备学具。
