一多年来,人们对新闻价值的判断均缘于构成新闻价值的几大基本要素。中国人民大学郑兴东等人所著的《报纸编辑学教程》认为,构成新闻价值的要素有四个,分别是及时、新意、重大和接近。①复旦大学教授刘海贵、尹德刚在《新闻采访与写作新编》中说,一般来说,中外新闻界认为新闻价值应含有下述五个因素:⒈重要性。⒉显著性。⒊时新性。⒋接近性。⒌趣味性。②笔者认为,上述关于新闻价值特征或者说新闻价值构
