“听课者”通常被认为是与课堂教学不发生直接关系的人员。从学生角度来说,听课者似乎总是以旁观者的身份进入课堂。因为与学生不发生直接关系,所以总以一种次要的、间接的影响而存在。然而听课者却是一种有待开发和利用的课程资源。让听课者走出旁观者的境地,与师生共处同一空间,往往能取得教与听的双赢,成为语文课堂教学的一道亮丽风景。请看一教师教学汉语拼音课“bpmf’的片断:
The “lister” is usually considered to be a person who does not have a direct relationship with classroom teaching. From the student’s point of view, attendees seem to always enter the classroom as spectators. Because there is no direct relationship with students, it always exists with a minor, indirect influence.
