米兰·昆德拉,捷克人,几经诺贝尔文学奖提名。一九七五年至今生活在巴黎,九十年代开始用法语写作,我们曾拥有的人类最伟大的作家之一。然而在捷克,他已淡出人们的视线,只是偶尔才被提及,作家对此却感到高兴,因为他最忌讳的莫过于把自己的一切公布于世。为什么昆德拉现象,会如此令人好奇,备受瞩目关注呢? 几点原因:国际公认的作家;以捷克和法国的双重身份璀璨夺人;从一九八五年起不接受采访与摄影;不参与公众聚会和庆典,甚至微服埋名造访自己的祖国。
