在锻冲生产中用作金属冷热变形模具的珠光体钢中,5XHM 钢工艺性好,价格低,贝氏体淬透性高,所以得到广泛应用。但这种钢耐热性较差,当加热到600℃时,便被软化,其硬度降为 HRC32。因此,必须研究碳化物生成元素含量高、耐热性好的模具钢。莫斯科钢与合金学院研究了冷热变形模具用的55钢,与5XHM 钢相比,这种钢的耐热性高:在600℃下可保持 HRC45的硬度。这种钢在电钢-重机生产联合会的锻压车间经过了工业试验。为了鉴定55的工艺性和工作性能,将它选为500吨和800吨液压机的锻模。锻模的尺寸和质量列于表1。
In forging punch production for hot and cold deformation of metal pearlite steel, 5XHM steel technology is good, low prices, bainitic hardenability, it is widely used. However, this steel is poor in heat resistance and softens when heated to 600 ° C. Its hardness is reduced to HRC32. Therefore, we must study carbide carbide forming elements, high heat resistance of the mold steel. Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloy studied 55 hot and cold deformation of the mold steel, compared with 5XHM steel, high heat resistance of this steel: at 600 ℃ to maintain HRC45 hardness. This steel has undergone industrial testing in the forging shop of the Electric Steel-Heavy Machinery Production Federation. To qualify 55 for processability and performance, it was selected as a forging die for 500-ton and 800-ton hydraulic presses. Forging die size and quality are listed in Table 1.
