当代铁路运输大力发展,对铁路部门职工素养提出了新要求,提升铁路部门工作效能,成为每一位铁路部门管理者必须思考的问题。服务于社会的铁路运输工作,应当时刻以时代要求和社会需求为宗旨,努力贯彻服务、责任等意识。这就需要把握时代脉络,同时找准当前铁路职工教育工作尚存的缺陷,进而科学提出一系列的完善建议,以此促进铁路相关工作的时代性改革。
The rapid development of contemporary railway transportation has raised new demands on the quality of the staff in the railway sector and the work efficiency of the railway sector has become a question that every railway manager must think about. Serve the railway transport work in society, should always be the requirements of the times and the needs of society for the purpose, and strive to implement the service, responsibility and other awareness.
