近几年来,国家对教育事业越来越重视,并且把教育摆在一个突出的重要位置。随着教育事业的不断展开,我国高校的教育水平不断提高,在办校规模和数量上都有了新发展,教育发展又上新台阶。图书馆作为高校的一个重要教育资源,在高校发展中发挥着重要的影响作用。但是,据了解目前我国高校图书馆的管理水平和管理效率普遍较低,在一定程度上影响了高校的发展。为了提高高校图书馆的管理水平和管理效率,新时期对高校图书馆管理提出了绩效管理的新举措,在高校图书馆推行绩效管理确实发挥了重要的作用。
In recent years, the state has paid increasing attention to education and placed education in a prominent and important position. With the continuous unfolding of education, the educational level of colleges and universities in our country has been continuously improved. New developments have been made in the scale and quantity of running schools. The development of education has reached a new stage. As an important education resource of colleges and universities, libraries play an important role in the development of colleges and universities. However, it is understood that at present, the management level and management efficiency of the university library in our country are generally low, to a certain extent, affecting the development of colleges and universities. In order to improve the management level and management efficiency of university libraries, new measures of performance management are put forward for the management of university library in the new era. The implementation of performance management in university libraries has indeed played an important role.
