幼儿园的发展目标需要园长与教师共同商定,尽管在规划中,主管部门与专家的意见是很重要的,但教师的参与更具有现实意义。让教师一起参与制定发展目标,在一定程度上满足了教师尊重的需要和自我实现的需要,增强了教师的主人翁感,从而更好地发挥他们的积极性。同时,互动式的沟通本身就是一个发现问题、解决矛盾、挖掘潜力的过程,有助于教师更全面地了解面临的问题,以及解决这些问题与达成幼儿园目标的关系,激发教师的高度责任感,以自我操作与自我控制的方式自觉地去完成自己承担的分目标。
The development goals of kindergartens need to be agreed between the headmaster and the teachers.
