抑菌剂的筛选及应用对改进白僵菌的生产工艺流程具有十分重要的作用。本试验测定了10种不同浓度抑菌剂的抑菌效果,并抽样测定了抑菌剂拌料后白僵菌的生长势及随时间变化料内的pH值和抑菌剂含量的改变情况。通过大量试验从中筛选出1种较理想的抑菌剂即2%草酸。试验证明:用2%草酸拌料代替原料蒸汽灭菌,不仅能有效地抑制料内杂菌生长,进一步提高产品的成品率及产品质量,而且可简化生产工艺,节约能源,是一种简易可行的生产措施。
The screening and application of bacteriostatic agents play an important role in improving the production process of Beauveria bassiana. The antibacterial effect of 10 different concentrations of bacteriostat was measured in this experiment.
