本文首先从先进性、可行性及国内外同类产品发展水平几个方面论证并确定了雷达主动导引头系统的可靠性性能指标,强调了设计对产品可靠工作的重要意义。其次给出了导引头系统的可靠性逻辑框图并建立了导引头系统的通用可靠性数学模型及计及故障影响的可靠性模型。接着对各分系统进行了可靠性指标的分配;分配时着重考虑了各分系统的复杂性、重要性、环境条件、技术成熟性、质量过程等因素,对频综器、发射机等技术欠成熟的分系统配置了较大的加权系数。然后给出了系统可靠性指标预测的数学模型;分别得出了系统在野外移动环境、战勤开机及发射飞行状态的平均无故障工作时间(MTBF),也给出了计及故障影响时系统的 MTBF。最后进行了雷达主动导引头系统工程保障设计,给出了工程保障设计系统图。
In this paper, firstly, the reliability performance of radar active seeker system is demonstrated and verified from several aspects, such as advancedness, feasibility and the level of development of similar products at home and abroad, and the importance of design to the reliable work of products is emphasized. Secondly, the reliability logic diagram of the seeker system is given and the general reliability mathematical model of the seeker system and the reliability model which takes the influence of the fault into account are established. Then the distribution of reliability index of each subsystem is carried out. In distribution, the complexity, importance, environmental conditions, technology maturity and quality process of each subsystem are mainly considered. The mature subsystem is configured with a larger weighting factor. Then, the mathematical model of predicting the system reliability index is given. The mean time between failure (MTBF) and the MTBF of the mobile environment, MTBF. Finally, the system design of radar active seeker is designed, and the system of engineering support design is given.
