我队使用上海洋泛水泥厂生产的“R”型超早强变性水泥已近三年了。据两个矿区不完全统计,在金刚石小口径钻进中,有资料记载的漏水、涌水、坍塌、掉块等钻孔计11个,共灌注16次(除一个钻孔钻进漏水,起钻涌水未堵住外),(表1)。均取得较好的固孔效果。这说明“R”型超早强变性水泥具有较好的流动性,初终凝时间适当,灌注工艺简单,操作方便的优点,使之成为我队钻探工人所喜爱的主要扩壁堵漏材料。为了更好的掌握和合理使用,我们对此种水泥从配方、水灰比,稀释减水剂,灌注工艺及存放时间等方面作了进一步摸索和探讨,从而对复杂地层钻进有所突破。
Our team has been using the “R” ultra-early-strength denatured cement produced by Shanghai Panlite Cement Plant for nearly three years. For better mastery and reasonable use, we have further explored and explored such cements in terms of formulation, water-cement ratio, dilution and water reducer, infusion process, and storage time, and thus made breakthroughs in the drilling of complex formations.
