党史工作者必须具备的条件,是由党史工作的性质、特点决定的。历史,既是人类活动的记载和总结,也是人们继续前进的借鉴。我们共产党的历史,是无产阶级登上政治舞台后,领导人民群众奋斗谋幸福的历程的真实记载。民主革命时期,我们党领导人民为了解放生产力进行了英勇顽强的斗争,取得了伟大胜利。建国后,我们党又领导人民为了提高和发展生产力,进行着艰苦卓绝
The conditions that the party history workers must possess are determined by the nature and characteristics of the party history work. History is not only a record and summary of human activities, but also a reference for people to move forward. The history of our Communist Party is a true account of the process by which the masses of the people lead the struggle for happiness after the proletariat has boarded the political arena. During the democratic revolution, our party led the people in a heroic and tenacious struggle to liberate the productive forces and achieved great victories. After the founding of the People’s Republic, our party led the people in order to enhance and develop the productive forces.
